To organise a return or exchange, email our team at info@flexinathleisureco.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll personally assist you to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Returns: If you’re not fully satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price once it arrives back to us. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges: If the size or style isn’t perfect, we’ll provide a complimentary return shipping label so you can send the item back at no cost. Once received, we’ll also cover the shipping to send your new size or style — making exchanges completely effortless.

All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Please note that items marked as sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
