We want you to be obsessed your Flexin pieces.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of purchasing. First-time buyers are eligible for a full refund on their first purchase. For all other returns, we offer store credit or an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Sale items and final markdowns cannot be returned. To start a return, please email us at info@flexinathleisureco.shop with your order number.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Express post usually takes 1-3 business days within Australia, while regular post arrives in 2-4 business days. International orders usually takes 3-6 business days via express shipping, and 4-10 business days via standard shipping. Please note that the delivery time frames, can be altered depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during national or public holidays, launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
